Short and fair: you buy StayInFlow once, it’s yours to use on your Macs, and there’s no subscription or account attached.

Who we are
StayInFlow is made and sold by CIX Solutions GmbH (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using StayInFlow, you agree to these terms.
Your license
When you buy StayInFlow, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or rent the app, and you may not reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it.
One-time purchase, no subscription
StayInFlow is a one-time purchase (currently €6.99). There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account. The price covers the app as it exists today; we ship updates and improvements at our discretion, but a future major version may be offered as a separate purchase.
Payments and refunds
Payment is processed entirely by the store you buy through (for example, the Mac App Store) — we never see your payment details. All sales are final to the extent permitted by applicable law; any refund request is governed by, and must be made through, the store you purchased from and its refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you have as a consumer.
The app is provided “as is”
We work hard to make StayInFlow reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. StayInFlow is a productivity tool, not professional, medical, or time-keeping advice; your focus data lives only on your Mac, and backing it up is your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for StayInFlow. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
