The app
StayInFlow stores your focus data — session timestamps, app names, and app bundle identifiers — in a local database on your Mac. That data:
- never leaves your device — there is no server, sync, or cloud backup;
- requires no account and is tied to no identity;
- contains no window titles, keystrokes, screenshots, or content;
- is only collected while a session you started is running;
- can be exported (CSV) or permanently deleted by you at any time.
The app sends no telemetry, no crash reports, and no analytics. It runs sandboxed and requests no Accessibility or Screen Recording permissions.
This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Standard, anonymous server logs may be kept by the hosting provider for security and capacity purposes.
Purchases
If you buy StayInFlow, the payment is processed by the store or payment provider you buy it through; StayInFlow itself receives no personal payment details.
